At this point, app.outagesio.com is running that single code base which opens up the opportunity to offer extended features that only Enterprise members previously had access to.

As of today, members can now upgrade their Community based reports to Extended reports.

You can find options and levels information on our www.outagesio.com site.

Extended reports adds ongoing historical details to the agents existing reports allowing members to dig deeper for more facts and information.

A previous post, Introducing Extended reports, describes some of the functionality. I say some because the development team is working non stop, making it difficult to keep up with documentation and feature descriptions.

If you need help with anything, please post your questions in the forums and we'll be happy to help.
