OK. So let's close this thread.
I have reverted to windows everything is working and data is being processed.
I will attempt the Linux on again but will purchase another mini pc at some point.
Would be nice if there was an installer for Linux as there is for windows, so there must be a reason that this has not been done, I do not know or understand.
Thanks to all who have offered assistance and provided comment, I need to familiarise myself with the Linux system before trying again.
Anyway now on windows 10 pro, windows 10S did not work to many restrictions and hoops to jump through.Thanks All

Internal outages
Greetings all.
I would be very great full if someone would look at 128773
And perhaps point me in the correct direction of what I should be looking for.
The software agent is running on a mini windows 10 pc, plugged directly into the router.
It reboots nightly at 01:01 ( I think, windows not the most reliable )
I just can't understand all the disconnection's have looked at the pc running the agent ( nothing there )
Logs are clear.
So any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance.

RE: SOLVED: How to purchase
@SBK
Greetings Support.
Following your instructions i have identified the problem and rectified.
The PayPal and card payment options were not showing up because of the virus security package installed on all pc's.
The package on the tablet must be slightly different allowing it to work.E S E T INTERNET SECURITY 15.0.23.0
This has banking protection built in where it opens a secure browser for Bank, PayPal, Card Services, etc.
this is where the problem was.
SOLUTION
Turn off banking protection, open Page Available Packages, refresh page, turn on Banking protection, refresh page PayPal and Debit or Credit Card options appear, add the page: https://app.outagesio.com/agent/availablePackages to Banking Protection.
That seems to work and all is good.
Hopefully that will conclude this thread i hope that others may find the resolution useful.
Thanks to the people who support the software as well, for a problem that was not with there product, who without this resolution would not have been found.Regards

@SBK
No problem. Please feel free to conduct any tests you wish, any assistance I can offer please ask.
If i log into my account using my tablet all features are available.
I have a laptop and a second pc available as well if required.
Dependant on time difference you can run a desktop sharing session if you wish and it helps to show the problem.
I am aware that this may be a local problem that only I am having but would be nice to resolve for me and also for your reference.

@OutagesIO_Support
Greetings, thanks for your reply.Please be advised I raised this issue before any purchase was made.
So your synopsis that the features is not available because both agents are already upgraded to extended, on this occasion may be incorrect.
The video is representative of the original problem as reported.
If I can offer any further assistance please feel free to contact me, failing that I will inform you of my findings during my next purchase.

RE: Speedtest
Agent no: 128746
The isp Talk talk.
The line profile is 80 20
The package is fiber 65
The garenteed download is 47 ( this changes )So with the line profile being 80 20, I am 150 meter's from the cabinet I would be expecting with crosstalk on he line a speed of about 63 to 68.

RE: SOLVED: In A Mess
@OutagesIO_Support
Greetings.
Having tried various flavors of operating system I have decided before taking up your offer to revert back to a windows 10 but a cut down version.
Yesterday a further problem appeared using the linux based system, the remote software that I use will not wake up the machine, this is not a problem with windows PC''s
Thanks for your kind offer of assistance I will keep you informed of progress.Regards
