Hardware Agent Email Not Received

Hello,
I recently purchased a hardware agent and am attempting to set it up. The online instructions say I should've received an email with the MAC address and activation code. However the only email I've received regarding the hardware agent purchase is the paypal receipt. Can you send/resend the email?
