can someone explain why agent has a drop / zero measure for 2 minutes on pings?

dont see any services in task manager for echo

i can only see an empty folder in program files..any other folder i can check?

Edit: also that empty folder cant delete it for the time being..most likely after reboot will be able to delete it

hi tried to reinstall/update agent app and now i get "incorrect function" error and nothing works cant install
