Good morning everyone.
I’m sure this topic has come up already, so my apologies. If it has, and their is a solution, I’d greatly appreciate being pointed to the correct thread.
I have the agent installed on one of my network’s servers (with extended reporting enabled), and it seems to go “inactive” or fully “disconnects” after an unspecified amount of time, where I have to log into the server and manually click “restart” on the icon in the system tray to re-enable monitoring. I have to do this every few hours. Annoying to say the least lol.
My agent ID # is 130431. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I do have a hardware monitor on order, but I would still like the software agent to work properly because I do intend to have the hardware installed at a remote site, but continue to monitor my local network via software.
