The Prestaging dashboard is the first step toward monitoring your Internet.

After installing your agent, you want to make sure that it is correctly communicating with our service before setting up a subscription for it.

If there is a problem, the dashboard will show a link to help, and you can post in our forums if needed.

Once your agent is fully communicating, a green bar will show letting you know that you can now license it to start receiving and showing its reports.

Note that a username and password were automatically created for you in our forums using the same information you used on this site.

Simply log in to post questions or if you need any help.
