The menu toggle box is inactive. I have a HW and a SW agent.

      Hi and welcome to OutagesIO.

You'll notice your agent is in pre-staging status.
Pre-staging status means the agent is ready to be licensed using a subscription. Once you've done that all of the features will be enabled rather than the free reports showing now.

Pre-staging is to ensure that your agent is ready to license so that you're not paying for an agent that is not communicating properly yet.

SMS is for Enterprise members but it will be added for OutagesIO members as well, just not sure about when right now.

      Hope this helps.

      Regards,
      OutagesIO Support

@OutagesIO_Support Please be aware that most wireless carriers have a way to send text messages via email. So, since you already have email alerts, they can be converted into text messages simply. My carrier is Verizon, and if my phone number were 123-456-7890, then to send a text to my phone, I would simply send an email to 1234567890@vtext.com. This will then be sent to my phone as a text, and my text reply will be sent back as an email—just an FYI for those interested. Cheers.

Great tip for others. Thanks for sharing.

We do plan on adding SMS, it's in our long list of things to do :).
