Thank you for taking the time to share your log. Our Windows developer will take a look at this as soon as possible.
-
As an update, the developer does see something interesting in your log. Our problem is that we have not been able to replicate this as the agent is still installing on some windows and not others. Every last machine we've tried worked. We need to find one that doesn't so the developer can run some tests.

So what could be causing,

I have followed all the other threads about this issue and there are plenty of others with the same issue,
what machines are you installing your software on, please send PC Specs, windows version, updates installed so I can compare the differences
I would purchase your hardware - but it is too expensive and the postage to the UK nearly doubles the price
Many thanks

Hi again,
As a quick bit of info
when setting up your map does not show my location, just a white screen in the map view, however the GPS lat & long are there
James

Hi,
Yes, the map is in our list of issues to work on so thanks for mentioning it. This problem has been taking priority.
I don't know specifically what the dev noticed in your log compared to others we've seen or maybe had not noticed something until now.
We've tested on all versions of Win 7 32/64 bit, 8 64bit and all of the 10 versions. On all of our tests, the installation completed but we can clearly see that it does not for some members.
In terms of the hardware agent, we charge a minimal fee on top of the hardware for the time it takes to prepare, test and ship and that also includes ongoing software development for features/functionality that only hardware agents have. But yes, shipping is expensive right now, all across the globe it seems.

If you can order one for a lot less from the UK, support would work with you to get it working with our firmware.
Just note that once running our firmware, all ports are locked out to make sure that agents don't get accidentally trashed.
In other words, they become a dedicated agent and nothing else. You'd have to factory reset it to get it back to its original state.

Hi there,
Where would I find them in the UK, what are the actual devices called?
many thanks for your responses

You could use a GL-iNet MT300N-V2 for example as we have a firmware version and binary for that device.
Maybe look on Amazon or eBay, I'm sure you'd find it there.
BTW, the Windows developer is working on a fix. We were finally able to isolate the problem and a fix should be out soon.
It will be advertised here in the forums.
-
The update to fix the Windows installer problem has been released. Simply create a new software agent which will give the download to the new version.
