Hi, Yes I can confirm that only the responding agent is of concern to us now. The other 3 have been removed now (presumably due to inactivity) and we have purchaced a licence for active agent. Thank you for your assistance. - In the end we could not find the firewall rule/setting causing the original problem but re-installed the agent on a server in the DMZ and all is working well now.

One last thing...are Outages.Io able provide invoicing for the licence payments?

    Thank you

      Hi,

Glad to hear it's doing well and you now know what the problems were.

We do not have invoicing options other than subscriptions. We went with Paypal subscriptions because we prefer not to keep cards and other personal details on our end.

Our sister service, www,isptracker.com does have a billing capability but there is also a minimum requirement with discounts as you ramp up.

We also have a monthly flat rate cost but that's when you get into the thousands of agents. The kinds of companies that like this are those which have many remote employees they are supporting or other assets out in the field they want to monitor such as remote security systems, patient/telehealth equipment and so on.

      Regards,
      OutagesIO Support

        Hi there,

Cool thanks, would be useful for our finance accounts to have. Paypal subs should be enough :)

        Thanks for all your assistance!

You're welcome. Thanks for using the service and please, pass the word on. We live by word of mouth since it's impossible to outbid deep pocket ISPs and outages sites that would rather you don't find a service like ours.
