New Linux starter script Ver 1.0.1

We have updated the Linux starter_linux_otm.sh script to make it easier to use.
No need to edit the script anymore, simply enter the full path where you will be running both the starter script and the agent from at the top and the script will use that path.
The variable is called '$start' and you simply enter the full path such as "/home/myspace/otm", set the script to executable, run and you'll be up and running.
