Apparently Echo Network Service was installed in the process. Is it safe to uninstall?

RebootingThanks, I'll bring up the dashboard for 130869.
-
RebootingThe confusion started when the dashboard disappeared and a new screen came up, for the agents. I didn't realize I could get the dashboard by clicking on the right side of 130869. Now I have the dashboard back. Do I need to completee the installation of 130874 to uninstall it?

RebootingI installed 130874 by mistake. How do I get rid of it?

RebootingWhen I load OutagesIO, it showed Agent 130869 Active, but I could not see any data. It looked like it wanted me to complete the installation by downloading .MSI, which I did. Now it shows another Agent in the Prestaging Level. I'm lost. What do I need to do to see the data? Was I supposed to install .MSI?

RebootingThese were new activation codes and it worked. Me bad, I forgot about the email.

RebootingPlease fix the following input errors:
MAC or Activation Code is wrong.

RebootingYes, start over.

RebootingI received the agent today. I attempted to activate it as before, but it rejected the activation codes. Do I need new ones?

RebootingI connected both

RebootingRe-starting. IP ends in 109

RebootingConfirmed. The one connected has the first MAC address.

RebootingYou have me questioning if I did use the new one. Assuming I'm right, when the "new" one is connected, there's a solid red light in the front but no green light under LAN. My router sees it. When I replace it with the "old" one, the red light keeps blinking and there's a green light under LAN. My router doesn't see it. I'm pretty sure I know which one is "new" as I noticed that there was no green light (as opposed to "old" one.) The "new" MAC address is 22:3B:87:07:1A:83

RebootingRed light is solid but no other lights in the front. It does have an IP address.
-
RebootingI plugged it to the LAN port, which is blinking. But not activity.
-
RebootingI had to re-open the enveloppe you sent me. Yes, it's the same.

Just received it. Per your instructions, I'm swapping out the old one and will return it to you. -
