    Hi,

    First, can you make sure you've removed any existing version and that no Echo Networks service is showing in your services.

    Regards,

        Yes, check the services as administrator. Google how to find services for your OS then check if you still see an Echo Networks service.

        The empty directory kind of implies it was deleted but check services to be sure.

            We will need to see some logs then. There are too many reasons that something could fail. It's not necessarily because of the agent software but something could be conflicting.

            Can you expand any errors/logs and share please.

                  Sorry for this being late. The developer says you should try the .msi version.
                  Here's why;

                  I've been reading recently that some security environments are now blocking all "bundle installers" as potential threats. So please ask the member to try the .msi installer rather than the bundler (.exe).

                  We might have to stop distributing that bundle version soon anyway.
