A bug recently came to our attention where in some cases, outages were being reported as being local but were not.
After some long hours of testing, we think we have found the problem and a fix. However, we need your help to confirm that the problem is solved.
If you are interested in providing us feedback, we would be happy to provide you with a test version for your platform.
For Windows only members, please respond here with your agent ID and we'll send you a link with the details.
Once the Windows version is known to work, we will release the other platforms which are usually auto updates for those members.

Windows users use the Manage/Re-Install and Linux/Dev board users can simply kill and restart their scripts.
