Subscription Purchase Not Appearing

I paid for a monthly subscription, but it does not appear in purchases. The agent is still at the pre-staging level as well. Not sure if there is a delay. Thought the upgrade was instantaneous. The profile id on my paypal receipt is shown as: I-6G87HL7BLFTP. My agent ID is: 130853.

Yes, you're right, for some reason, paypal didn't send the request so the agent didn't get upgraded. I'll have to contact the dev about this because if I manually set the agent, it will mess up your subscription.
Are you ok to wait until tomorrow on this? That or I can cancel it on paypal for you, we can look into it, then update you here.

Hi, your agent was upgraded.
We did not find the issue yet but it seems to be something on the Paypal side so we'll try contacting them. Just didn't want to make you wait too long.
