      Hi,

I do see it connected now and see your mention of running it on a server level Windows OS.

On server level Windows especially, you have to be sure that permissions are properly set so that the service can automatically start.

If it is not starting, the problem is something to do with permissions and what is perhaps not allowing the service to start.

That is why you would have to keep restarting it manually otherwise, it should simply start on its own if set to auto start.

      Regards,

Search engines favor deep pockets and popularity making it difficult to find services like OutagesIO.
Would you please take a moment to leave a Google review, it could help improve our chances of being found.
