Extended Service Purchase not shown/available on my agent

I purchased a hardware agent with one year of extended reports. Currently my account does not show the year of extended reports (shows 2 weeks) and I cannot access the dashboard standard view, only light view for my hardware agent. Attempts to access standard view take me to: https://app.outagesio.com/agent/availablePackages/id/xxxxxx.

No need for the agent ID, I found it.
Thanks to your input, we found a small bug that caused your extended reports to be taken away. When the trial period ended, it put your agent into the community level in error. This has been rectified and we apologize about the error.
