Where do you dl the agent ?

Hello,

I've setup a new account but I don't see any place in my profile to download the agent or access the dashboard.

First, it is always redirecting to the survey. I've no options other than the one attached.

Please help

If you mean the sign up questions, yes, you have to answer those in order to complete the sign up process. That information is incredibly important to us. Without knowing how you found us, it makes it hard for others to find the service too. Deep pocket corporations can always outbid us making it hard for consumers to find a tool like this.

When you log into the app (app.outagesio.com), you'll see the Agents menu item.

Click on that and you will see a 'Create software agent' option.

This is where you pick the operating system you're installing on and follow the instructions and within a couple of minutes, you'll have an agent installed monitoring your Internet service. Give it a while to gather up information of course.

I did answer the survey but I am still being redirected to the same survey all the time. Tried with every browser. No Agent menu Item. If you look at the attachment I took some screenshots.

Can you try again please. There seemed to have been an issue with the sign up pages. You should be able to complete the sign up now.
