    I moved my software agent to another network and used the "Reset" option in the dashboard.
    I got an error about "SQL referential integrity constraint violated". When I refreshed my agent list the agent was totally gone! I had a 30 day premium plan on this agent so I would like it back.

    Agent id was 128191. Can you help?

      I have created a new agent with id 128193 so if you could transfer my premium purchase to this agent, that would also be fine.
