Pre-release speed test fix

These are unsupported releases at the moment but if you know how to upgrade, you may be interested in testing our pre-release speed test fix.
For Windows, simply re-install the agent but instead of downloading from the install link, use the file you downloaded from the below links.The current speed test was in some cases unable to get the right speed when the connection is over 100Mbps. This fix should allow the test to reach the maximum connection speed.
If all seems to be going well and once we get enough feedback about it in our forums at support.outages.io then we can arrange a final release which will also include upload results and latency.
