    I am not succeeding with installation of the agent on Win11Pro. I tried the MSI and the exe and am installing as admin. It always stops with "starting service"

    That is the first error message I find in the system logs:
    The service cannot be startet. System.NullReferenceException: Der Objektverweis wurde nicht auf eine Objektinstanz festgelegt.
    bei SJRLibraryCode.Communication.NamedPipe.Close()
    bei SJRLibraryCode.Communication.NamedPipeServer.Listen()
    bei OtmService.OtmService.OnStart(String[] args)
    bei System.ServiceProcess.ServiceBase.ServiceQueuedMainCallback(Object state)

      Hi,

      Thanks for reporting this.
      I've passed it on to our Windows dev who will take a look then I'll get back to this with you.

      Regards,

        Sorry for the long delay, this seems to have been missed.
        The dev asks the following;

        Are you certain there is not already a copy of the service installed and
        running on that machine?
        Normally the only reason for a named pipe to fail to listen is if there is
        already a pipe with that name.

        Can you make sure to completely uninstall the echo networks service if you see it then try again.
        You'll have to use the dashboard to create a new agent if it no longer exists and just follow the directions as before.

        Regards,
