I very recently purchased a hardware agent & extended reports.

Downloading limited data in the form of an image is virtually useless.

How do I download the data sets in a spreadsheet form such as Excel CSV format?

This is something that we are currently working on.

It recently became a priority after someone else posted about it and getting feedback from some of the organizations which are using our service.

The shared graph is mainly for those that simply want to share something on social media or with their own provider and it just happened to be on our list of things to do before other kinds of exportable reports.

I believe you also sent an email that someone will be responding to because you have an interesting case that we'd like to help with.

        Regards,

          Thx for your prompt response.

I am very glad to hear that you are working on complete data export in Excel CSV format. I would be willing to beta test this new feature.

I will be responding very soon to your response to my email.

Thx again for a very promising hardware / software network monitoring system.

            Hi Dean,

Not sure if you know but we've added excel downloads in some of the historical sections for Extended reports.
