Subscription not working

I purchased the extended reports with the monthly plan on 13 April 2023.
My PayPal account shows the transaction.However, Recent Events are not showing any outages since 31 March. That seems odd based on the many outages that occured before that date.

Hi,
First, I assume you've read the notices that we just recently found out that outages emails had not been going out for a very long time. No one reported it so we never knew about this until recently. This is fixed now so yes, outage notifications should be going out as of about a week ago.
As for your subscription, it looks correct. It's not the same day but 2123 :). It's just a way to allow a long term upgrade that won't expire until the member cancels the subscription.
However, can you let me know where you see this 'Trial by OutagesIO' note?
This is what I see;
I confirm based on the agent ID you've provided that we don't see any outages since 2023-03-31 03:44:55 which was beyond your provider.
You could try to force an outage to make sure everything is working as it should be.

Oddly enough, that's something I cannot see.
I'll bring this 'Trial by OutagesIO' status up in the next meeting. Maybe the text needs to be changed to better reflect what it means.Outside of that, everything looks ok to me. Your agent will be in Extended until you cancel it.

I disconnected the cable from the modem for one minute and OutagesIO properly indicated the outage.Saludos,
