Can't see dashboard

I signed up today as a new Community user (to monitor my home network Internet outages), and other than running a speed test or adding an IOT device, I don't see anything else here.
Every time I open the dashboard I'm asked a "Let Us Know" survey that never goes away, even after filling it out a half dozen times. Is this app working?

Hi,
The service is constantly maintained and we work on it daily and sometimes seven days a week :).
However, bugs or problems do show up and so long as someone takes the time to let us know, we can fix any issues. Therefore, thanks for taking the time to report this and a dev is looking at it right now.
I'll update this as soon as it's fixed which should not take very long.

After logging out/in and filling in the survey again, I'm now at the page to add agents. Thank you!
