We just installed a new HW agent. It is up and running and shows Active and level "Extended". However, we are unable to see historical or enable notifications. Please advise.

Hi,It seems there is a bug in the activation process: I will review it and fix.
Meanwhile please check if now you are allowed to access all the extended options.

I confirm it was a bug in the Activation process.
