    We just installed a new HW agent. It is up and running and shows Active and level "Extended". However, we are unable to see historical or enable notifications. Please advise.

      Hi,

      It seems there is a bug in the activation process: I will review it and fix.

      Meanwhile please check if now you are allowed to access all the extended options.

        I confirm it was a bug in the Activation process.
        It has been fixed!
