Error Activating Hardware Agent

Hi,
I recently purchased two hardware agents. One activated fine, but for the second one, I am getting an error stating unknown MAC address or activation code. The agent ID is: 127658.

Hi Steve,
First of all, thank you for your purchase and for using OutagesIO.
I've looked at this agent and your other hardware agent and both have been activated to your account.
In fact, I just replied from our support email as well :).
You will get those errors when you either try to activate an agent that is already activated to your account or when you have or are using incorrect activation code.
To me, both look fine.

I am not seeing 127658 in my dashboard. I do see the other HW agent, and a software agent (that is currently disconnected). See attached.

I see that now.
Can you share the full credentials that were sent in the email so I can find out why they didn't work.
It won't be an issue as we'll manually activate it for you.

I just logged in again and now it is showing up as active!

PS - I missed your question at first - here are the details from the activation email:
Cut/Paste the following details in the correct sections.
MAC: xxxxxxxxxxCF
Activation code: xxxxxxxxSh
