      Hi,

      I purchased a 6 month extended subscription for my SW agent on my Desktop PC. I've bought a hardware agent now so I don't have to leave my PC on 24/7

      How do I transfer my subscription from my SW Agent to a HW agent?

        Hi,

        As long as the agent you wish to convert from is still active with Extended, just send us the previous agent ID and the new agent ID for the hardware once activated. We'll move that over for you.

          Please could you transfer from SW Agent to HW Agent.
