Hi we are new to outagesio.com having just installed a linux agent to try out the monitoring features. It says: Easy to understand, simplified dashboard
Download an image of your reports to share
    Automated Internet outages logging
    See when/where Internet outages occur
    Tracks total downtime
Details of last 50 Internet outages for the starter free level - but all we can see is one chart showing the last hour of pings, the others are empty. What are we missing?

      Hi,

Can you include the agent ID when posting so we can look at it.

From your description, it means you've not had any problems with that connection yet so there is nothing to report but once you share, I'll check it out and confirm.

      Regards,
      OutagesIO Support

Ok, I looked at this agent and everything seems ok. The only thing missing that we now think is a problem on the OutagesIO end is pings which aren't showing.

We'll take a look tomorrow and try to find the problem and solve it.

In terms of what you see, you won't see much until there are in fact problems with your Internet that the agent can pick up. There are help notes for each page on the site, just click on those to get additional information.

Give it a few days and see if something starts showing up. Remind us here and we'll take a look with you as well.

          Regards,
