Notifications page missing?

I am trying to update my notifications settings, which seem to be turned off. When I click the Notifications item on my dashboard, I get this:

Error 500
Property "OneExtOption.has_notification_email_host_monitoring" is not defined.
Please refresh your browser

My device ID is 129222. How can I get to a page to update my notification settings?

Same result. Tested in both Brave and Chrome, in both regular and incognito windows. Same result for all.

No. I just want to update notification settings when my device detects an outage.
