Latency then Disconnected

For the past week my Speed Tests have been showing multiple latencies - to the point that any of my occasional brief outages don't usually appear in the last 50 events.
Now, as of 3:32 pm today, Pacific Time, my service - my reports- stopped. I believe my service is supposed to be active until later in May.
Can you tell me what all the sudden latencies suggest
And why my dashboard stopped this afternoon?Thank you.

May I ask what you mean by "my dashboard stopped"?
Do you mean you cannot access it or you dont see the same things ? -

Your agent (ending with ...681) is disconnected, meaning not communicating with our servers.

If you don't see an outage report, it's because it's not an IP problem, it's something else. That could be anything from signals levels to bad cable.
This can help to explain.
