      Hi,

I have tried activating the hardware agent since yesterday, but unfortunately it can't. I connected it to a router connected to the internet, and I can see it gets an IP address. But when I try to activate it, the site says it is offline. Please help.

        Hi,

You just need to make sure it is connected first, then you can activate it.
Connect it, power it up, wait a few minutes then go ahead and activate.
Let us know how that goes.

        Regards,
