From here we can see that the agent is stopping the wired and activating the wireless, just wondering if something else is happening at your site.
I thought the wireless provider was different from the wired, but just my assumption -

I see. No. We have just one provider, Cogent. We did configure that device for wireless and it remained active for a while after we initially configured it, but then went into the "rebooting" mode.
